Fungal nail diseases

Onychomycosis represents 50% of all nail disorders. In this article are mentioned clinical forms of onychomycosis, ethiological agents

and identification by microscopy and cultivation. The exact determination of patogen is important to choose the correct therapy. The

overview of the local and systemic treatment as well as using of counter drugs and medical devices is presented. Finally the determining

factors and prevention of the desease are mentioned.
