PŘEHLEDOVÉ ČLÁNKY Novinky v terapii atopické dermatitidy nežádoucí účinky patří infekty horních cest dýchacích, bolesti hlavy či herpetické infekce. Nejčastějším specifickým nežádoucím účinkem upadacitinibu je rozvoj akné, která však nebývá závažná. V laboratorních hodnotách dochází u některých pacientů ke zvyšování kreatinkinázy, avšak bez klinických obtíží. Výskyt těchto nežádoucích účinků se významně nelišil a ani nezvyšoval v průběhu času při dlouhodobé terapii (19). Závěr S příchodem biologické léčby a nyní i recentně JAK inhibitorů se výrazně rozšířily možnosti léčby těžkých forem atopické dermatitidy nejen u dospělých, ale také dětských pacientů. Rozdílný mechanismus účinku a bezpečnostní profil těchto dvou skupin léčiv nám umožňuje vybírat vhodnou terapii pro každého jednotlivého pacienta. I přes tyto pokroky v léčbě můžeme i v následujících letech očekávat nová léčiva pro systémovou i topickou terapii atopické dermatitidy, která by dále měla zlepšit kvalitu života našich pacientů.
