Biologická léčba chronické ložiskové psoriázy se známkami psoriatické artritidy

Autoři popisují případ 56leté pacientky s chronickou ložiskovou psoriázou a příznaky psoriatické artritidy, u níž byla vzhledem k dlouhodobě nepříznivému kožnímu nálezu s minimální odpovědí na dosavadní lokální a celkovou léčbu indikována léčba biologická. Kombinace kožního a kloubního psoriatického procesu vedla k volbě preparátu Remicade v dávkování 5 mg na kilogram hmotnosti, aplikovaného v týdnu 0, 2, 6 a dále co 8 týdnů. Již dříve ordinovaná léčba metotrexátem (MTX) v dávce 15 mg, resp. 10 mg na týden byla ponechána. Rozsah postižení kůže před léčbou odpovídal PASI 45,8, BSA 20%. V přehledu uveden vývoj onemocnění a průběh léčby v období jednoho roku.
