Teleangiectasia hereditaria haemorrhagica

Autorka popisuje pacienta s diagnózou teleangiectasia hereditaria hemorrhagica. Pacient byl hospitalizován na interním oddělení, kam byl přijat pro kolapsový stav. Při úvodním vyšetření zjištěna extrémní anémie. Kožní nález na obličeji byl typický. Pacient byl kompletně prošetřen, další ektázie byly nalezeny na nosní sliznici, minimálně pak i v plicích a v tlustém střevě, ostatní vyšetření byla bez patologie. Po transfuzích, substituční perorální léčbě železem a léčbě Ascorutin tbl. se stav stabilizoval. Pacient je trvale dispenzarizován na hematologické ambulanci, s výjimkou přetrvávajících kožních projevů je zcela bez obtíží.
