Dermatomyozitida

Je popsán případ 83leté ženy s diagnózou dermatomyozitidy. Pacientka byla hospitalizovaná na kožní klinice, kde byla stanovena diagnóza dermatomyozitidy na základě klinického obrazu, laboratorních vyšetření a histologického nálezu. Nebyla prokázána souvislost s maligním onemocněním. Byla zahájena celková terapie kortikosteroidy, při které došlo k dočasné regresi kožních projevů i zmírnění subjektivních potíží. Pacientka zemřela 2 měsíce po stanovení diagnózy na hypostatickou pneumonii.
