Kryoterapie a její využití v léčbě keloidních jizev

Kryoterapie je léčebná metoda, která používá k ovlivnění patologických útvarů v organizmu působení nízkých teplot. Nachází uplatnění v mnoha oborech současné medicíny. Na naší klinice využíváme tuto metodu k léčbě koloidních jizev nebo povrchových bazaliomů, pomocí kryochirurgického přístroje, tzv. „kryokauteru“. Ve srovnání s jinými léčebnými postupy se kryoterapie keloidních jizev jeví jako bezpečná a účinná metoda.
