The SAPHO syndrome was described for the first time by the French dermatology institute in 1877 (1). It deals with coincidence of the
dermatic and bony-arthral signs. The etiology is unknown. It shows symptoms in most cases in the period of adolescence. There are
used to the general therapy antharthritic, retinoids, antibiotics and corticosteroid. Locally there are applied external middles in conformity
with the dermatic infliction.
In the note is described the case of 17 years old boy. He had been monitored since 2006 and after that he has been treated because of the
aggravation of acne with the gradual progress of bony and arthral infliction. The improvement came after the general combined therapy
by corticosteroids and retinoids and by transplantation of the skin on chest.
