Treatment of leg ulcers with Xe-Derma

This case report presents a successful treatment of leg ulcers with Xe-Derma biological cover in two female patients. Both patients
presented with chronic leg ulcerations of several years' duration that had failed to be healed by using various modern preparations.
Xe-Derma is a temporary cover with biological activity supporting cell proliferation and migration that is intended for the treatment of
acute and chronic wounds. It differs with its biostimulatory effects from the other synthetic covers that only modify the wound milieu
while lacking biological activity.
