Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening allergic reaction with respiratory, cardiovascular, cutaneous, or gastrointestinal symptoms. This review
focuses attention on releasing factors, pathogenetic mechanisms and management of anaphylaxis.. A favorable outcome of anaphylaxis
depends on the rapidity of adequate initial treatment, namely administration of epinephrine injection intramuscularly. As well as there
is very important the adequancy of instructions given to patients.
