Dexpanthenol in the treatment of skin diseases

The article gives an overview of the effects, properties, mechanisms of action and dexpanthenol use in the treatment of skin and mucous

membranes. It deals with the importance not only as a substance that supports cellular metabolism, as well as moisturizing substances

in the broader context in the adjuvant treatment of atopic dermatitis, emollients, playing an irreplaceable role. Paper also allows to gain

knowledge on how to dexpanthenol prescription medicines and provides some examples of recipes used in practice.
