Cutaneous metastases of internal malignancies are relatively uncommon. Their average incidence is 0,7–10,4% (1). Metastasis generally
occurs after an internal malignancy had been discovered and signifies disseminated disease with a poor prognosis. Skin metastases
from gastric adenocarcinoma are rare, it has been reported in only 6% in males and 1% in females of all skin metastases (2). We report
a case of 83 years old woman with relatively massive erruption of cutaneous metastasis from gastric adenocarcinoma, which was the
first sign of this desease.
