Nail psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that affects 2–3% of population. Nail psoriasis occurs in up to 50% of psoriatic patiens.

Approximately 80% of patiens with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) have concurrent nail involvement. However, nail psoriasis is often overlooked

by physicians, despite a significant impact on patient´s quality of life.
