In this article a casuistics of a 32-year-old man with a formation on glans penis is presented. The patient reported its duration for only
one month before visiting our department; he negated any other pathology before its arising. Most common sexual transmitted diseases
including HPV infection were excluded. A histological examination brought a diagnosis of verrucous carcinoma. A total excision of the
tumour was done. Another histological examination confirmed the type of carcinoma and its complete excision. A computer tomography
of small pelvis excluded tumorous infiltration of inguinal lymphatic nodes. Only three months later relapse of tumour was present
and an ablation of glans penis was necessary. Careful supervision of the patient continues, no relaps of tumour was present till today.
