Mycosis fungoides is a primary cutaneous non- Hodgkin T–cell lymphoma. The spectrum of a clinical picture is very broad, which is the main problem to set the right diagnose for a long period of time. Therapy of this desease is combined and is based on multidisciplinary cooperation. It is quite an indolent form of cutaneous lymphoma according to its extent and stage. Beside the classical form of mycosis fungoides there are 3 other clinical variants: pagetoid reticulosis, follicular mucinosis and granulomatous slack skin.
