Treatment of scalp psoriasis with clobetasol foam

Up to 80 % of patients with psoriasis may have scalp lesions. Infliction in this localisation has substantial impact on quality of life, not only because of visibility, but also because of unpleasant subjective symptoms and resistance to treatment. We demonstrate a case with severe scalp psoriasis, successefully treated with clobetasol proprionate foam.
