Cutaneous B-cell lymphomas There are 3 main types of cutaneous B-cell lymphomas: primary cutaneous marginal zone B- cell lymphoma, primary cutanous follicular center B-cell lymphoma and cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type. First two types are quite benign with mean 5-years survival of 95–99%, on the other hand and cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type is more agressive with mean 5-years survival rate of 55%. Therapy of cutaneous B-cell lymphoma is multidisciplinary in cooperation with hematooncologists ( chemotherapy, anti-CD20) and radion oncologists (radiotherapy- direct, total surface).
