Disorders of the acral blood circulation are relatively common disease, manifesting with cold hands. Raynaud’s phenomenon (RF)is typical representative of this type of disability. Two forms of RF are distinguished – primary , with no other associated diseaseand secondary, which is connected with other disease. It could be difficult to differentiate between RF and the other diseasesonly through history taking, because of episodic picture of RF. Objectivization of anamnestic data was made in this original studywith infrared thermography and cold water test. First part of this article is aimed on theoretical aspects of RF.
