Hand eczema

Hand eczema is a common chronically relapsing and difficult to treat dermatosis, affecting most of the individuals. It is a diseasewith a significant psychosocial impact on individuals and society in general. Targeted treatment are topical corticosteroids andimmunomodulators, important is also prevention, which consists of protecting the skin from irritation exogenous factors andregular care to restore the protective epidermal skin barrier.
