Primary cutaneous lymphomas are a rare type of extranodal non-hodgkin lymphomas where malignant T-cell or B-cell infiltrate theskin. Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas account for approximately three quarters of primary cutaneous lymphomas. Most patientswith primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma are diagnosed in the early stage of the disease with. generally indolent clinical course. However, cases with aggresive course and unfavourable prognosis are not rare. This review briefly summarizes current therapeuticalmethods and emphasizes the options available in the Czech Republic for management of primary cutanenous T-cell lymphomas.
