Summary of our experiences with treatment of chronic spontaneus urticaria with omalizumab

Biological treatment with monoclonal anti IgE antibody omalizumab is recommended for chronic spontaneus urticaria provided
all indication kriteria are met.
Chronic spontaneous urticaria is disease characterized by recurrent pomphus or angioedema for more than 6 weeks. Pomphus
appears daily od almost daily on different parts of the body. Individual manifestations disappear within 24 hours. The duration
of angioedema may be longer –up to 72 hours
