Psoriasis in difficult‑to‑treat areas – successful treatment with secukinumab

Psoriasis exhibits particularly high resistance to topical and sometimes even systemic therapy in some specific locations. Although
the affected area is not vast, there is often a dramatic decrease in the quality of life of patients. The case report refers a patient
with several such localizations where the success of treatment was only achieved with biological therapy with secukinumab.
