Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin

Lymhoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin (LELCS) is an extremely rare tumor morphologically similar to undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The presence of this type of tumor has been described in skin areas exposed to the sun, more often in the elderly in the age of 70, manifests as a solitary nodule. LELCS has very good prognosis, most patients are cured by local excision.
