Physical urticaria belongs to longterm acutally or chronically recurrent urticarias. It is characterized by pomfes formations, erythema and itching in contact of skin with various physical stimuli. Pathogenetic mechanism of its cause may be immunologic and nonimmunologic The article describes clnical picture, diagnosis and treatment of principle types f physical urticaria – urticaia factitia and mechanica, cold, cholinergic, contact heat, solar, aquagenic urticaria and vibration angioedema.

Psoriasis is one of the most common skin dermatoses. This chronic inflammatory skin condition affects 2–3 percent of the central European population.
