Demodex mites are an integral part of human microbiom mostly beeing only harmless bystanders. Under certain cimcurstancesthey can cause mild to severe skin involvement called demodicosis. Primary demodicosis is an illness sui generis. Secondary demodicosisis usually connected with some form of organism´attenuation. Lesions are present mostly on a face, eye lids and in earcanals. Hand eczema is a common chronically relapsing and difficult to treat dermatosis, affecting most of the individuals. It is a diseasewith a significant psychosocial impact on individuals and society in general. Primary cutaneous lymphomas are a rare type of extranodal non-hodgkin lymphomas where malignant T-cell or B-cell infiltrate theskin. Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas account for approximately three quarters of primary cutaneous lymphomas. Most patientswith primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma are diagnosed in the early stage of the disease with. generally indolent clinical course.However, cases with aggresive course and unfavourable prognosis are not rare. This review briefly summarizes current therapeuticalmethods and emphasizes the options available in the Czech Republic for management of primary cutanenous T-cell lymphomas.

Acute generalised exantematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare, severe skin condition characterised by acute onset of sterile pustules.It is triggered mainly by new medication and resolves approximately 2 weeks after its withdrawal.
