Demodex mites are an integral part of human microbiom mostly beeing only harmless bystanders. Under certain cimcurstancesthey can cause mild to severe skin involvement called demodicosis. Primary demodicosis is an illness sui generis. Secondary demodicosisis usually connected with some form of organism´attenuation. Lesions are present mostly on a face, eye lids and in earcanals. Primary cutaneous lymphomas are a rare type of extranodal non-hodgkin lymphomas where malignant T-cell or B-cell infiltrate theskin. Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas account for approximately three quarters of primary cutaneous lymphomas.
