Porokeratóza v dětském věku

Porokeratóza je poměrně vzácné onemocnění. Jedná se o získanou nebo geneticky podmíněnou poruchu keratinizace se vznikem atrofických lézí ohraničených keratotickým lemem. Existuje několik klinicky odlišných subtypů se společným histologickým obrazem. V dětském věku se častěji vyskytuje subtyp porokeratosis Mibelli – porokeratosis linearis. Naše kazuistika popisuje případ porokeratosis linearis u 12letého chlapce.
