Exacerbace kontaktní alergické dermatitidy po perorálním požití alergenu

Autorky popisují dva případy exacerbace kontaktní alergické dermatitidy po perorálním požití alergenu. V prvním případě došlo u ženy primárně senzibilizované na vonné substance k výraznému vzplanutí kontaktní alergické dermatitidy po požití aromatizovaných čajů s obsahem skořicového aldehydu. Ve druhém případě vyvolalo pití Coca-Coly opakovaně exacerbaci dermatitidy na rukou chlapce trpícího lokalizovanými projevy atopické dermatitidy, epikutánními testy byla prokázána přecitlivělost na peruánský balzám.
