Využití radiofrekvence v dermatologii

Radiofrekvenci (RF), představující jednu z novějších přístrojových metod v dermatologii, řadíme mezi vysokofrekvenční terapie, jejichž účinek na ošetřovanou tkáň spočívá v jejím prohřátí. Teplem dochází ke kontrakci a novotvorbě kolagenu v úrovni dermis a subcutis ošetřované lokality, což vede k vypnutí ochablé kůže, vyhlazení drobných vrásek a formování postavy. V dermatologii využíváme dle charakteru elektrod radiofrekvenci bipolární a monopolární.
