We present a case of a 31-year-old female patient hospitalized at our clinic for toxoallergic exanthema presumably of drug-induced aetiology.
Additionally, the patient was found to have genital erosion (recurrent for several months) and her blood count showed anaemia
and leukopenia. Repeated dark-field examinations and serological responses to syphilis were negative; however, a positive anti-HIV 1
reaction was observed. Subsequently, pneumocystis and cytomegalovirus pneumonia developed.
