Omlazení (rejuvenace) obličeje lze – mimo fileru – dosáhnout i jinými prostředky; invazivními (o těch až příště) i neinvazivními. Kombinace

několika metod má samozřejmě vždy lepší výsledek; pro oblast glabely se osvědčuje kombinace s botulotoxinem; výborný efekt přináší

také kombinace ošetření „kruhu pod očima“ filerem a „vraní stopy“ botulotoxinem. Ošetření rukou filery, ať už hydroxyapatitem nebo

hyaluronovou kyselinou (+ lokálním anestetikem) také rozšířilo možnosti rejuvenace v lokalitě, která do této doby nenabízela možnosti

vyplnění objemu povadlým a dehydratovaným rukám. Kromě nových indikací, které se v poslední době objevily – tj. vylepšení oblasti

pod očima pomocí fileru a rejuvenace rukou se v posledním roce prudce rozvinulo ošetření + vyplnění celých oblastí; při těchto metodách

většinou používáme kanyly různých délek a průměrů. Použití kanyl má své výhody i nevýhody. K výhodám patří minimální výskyt

podlitin a krvácení. Mezi nevýhody patří vyšší časová náročnost, přesná znalost techniky a anatomie ošetřované oblasti a v neposlední

řadě je nutné připočíst i cenu kanyl. Před aplikací doporučuji stanovit si přesný plán, zhotovit nákresy na obličeji pacienta a prohovořit

s pacienty jejich očekávání v porovnání s možnostmi, které tato metoda nabízí. Výsledný efekt je ještě výraznější, kombinujeme-li tyto

metody s rehydratací – mezoterapií – obličeje a krku. A nejlépe, použijeme-li více zásad anti-aging postupu najednou.

Before the program, we recommend to set a precise plan to make drawings on the face of the patient and talk over with their patients

expectations in comparison with the possibilities offered by this method. The resulting effect is even stronger, if we combine these methods

with rehydration – mesotherapy – the face and neck. And the best, if we use more of the principles of anti-aging process at a time.
