Primární kožní lymfomy - základní dělení a charakteristika

Kožní T-, NK- a B- buněčné lymfomy jsou primárně kožní non-Hodgkinské lymfomy. Jedná se o skupinu heterogenních onemocnění,
a proto je klasifikace této skupiny dermatóz stěžejním v diagnostice a následné terapii. První ucelený klasifikační systém vznikl v roce
2005 ve spolupráci WHO (World Health Organization) a EORTC (The European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer). Tento
článek je zaměřen na rozdělení kožních lymfomů a je prvním ze série článků pojednávajících o této problematice. Jednotlivé diagnózy
budou dále podrobněji popsány v dalších dílech této série.

Primary cutaneous lymphomas: basic classification and characteristics
Cutaneous T-, NK- and B-cell lymphomas are primary cutaneous non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It is a group of heterogeneous diseases; therefore,
the classification of this group of skin diseases is crucial in diagnosing and, subsequently, treating them. The first comprehensive classification
system was developed in a collaborative effort between the WHO (World Health Organization) and the EORTC (European Organisation
for Research and Treatment of Cancer) in the year 2005. The article is focused on the classification of cutaneous lymphomas and is the first
in a series of articles dealing with this issue. The individual diagnoses will be described in more detail in the next parts of this series.
