Novinky v léčbě akutních a nehojících se ran

Kvalitní materiály, kompletní portfolia materiálů pro vlhké hojení, výběr z velkého množství různých druhů materiálů. To je současný svět nehojících se ran. Potřebujeme tedy další novinky? Odpověď nabídl již tradiční Celostátní kongres s mezinárodní účastí na téma mezioborová spolupráce při léčbě ran a kožních defektů, který se koná každý rok v Pardubicích, a také mezinárodní kongres EWMA (European Wound Management Association) 2017, který probíhal letos v květnu v Amsterdamu. Oba kongresy jsou určené zdravotnickým pracovníkům, kteří se věnují léčbě nehojících se ran a nabízí nové poznatky, studie, materiály, postupy v léčbě různých typů ran, řešení infekce v ráně, přehled dostupných materiálů k ošetřování akutních i nehojících se ran, ale také nová vědecká zjištění v oblasti biofilmu, faktorů ovlivňujících proces hojení ran a řadu zajímavých kazuistik. Ambicí článku není obsáhnout všechny dostupné novinky u nás i v zahraničí, ale nabídnout některé nové nebo zajímavé koncepty, pohledy a materiály na hojení různých typů ran.

News in the treatment of acute and non-healing wounds

The traditional nationwide congress with international participationon interdisciplinary cooperation in the treatment of wounds and skin defects, which is held every year in Pardubice, aswell as the 2017 Congress of European Wound Management Association (EWMA), which took place in May in Amsterdam. Bothcongresses are designed for health care professionals who treat non-healing wounds and offer new findings, studies, materials,procedures for treating various types of wounds, management of wound infection, an overview of available materials for chronicand acute wounds, as well as new scientific findings about biofilm, factors influencing wound healing and a number of interestingcase studies. The ambition of this article is not to inform about all available news, but to offer some new or interesting concepts,views and medical devices for healing various types of wounds.
