The known spectrum of skin manifestations in cutaneous Lyme disease is variable. The classical manifestations of cutaneous borreliosis like erythema chronicum migrans, borrelial lymphocytoma and acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. Schnitzler syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by chronic urticaria, the presence of monoclonal class IgM immunoglobulin, lymphadenopathy and fevers. We report on a patient who was diagnosed in 1996 and over the next 12 years underwent a number of therapies. The article gives an overview of the effects, properties, mechanisms of action and dexpanthenol use in the treatment of skin and mucous membranes. It deals with the importance not only as a substance that supports cellular metabolism, as well as moisturizing substances in the broader context in the adjuvant treatment of atopic dermatitis, emollients, playing an irreplaceable role. Molluscum contagiosum and warts are benign cutaneous infections produced by viruses replicating in human keratinocytes. Infections are spread either by contact from person to person or indirectly via fomites left on surfaces in patients with impaired skin and body immunity. It exist the possibility of spontaneous regression in both of diseases. We always started therapy, especially in patiens with impair imunity response, widespread and painful lesions, long duration of infection and in unsightly lesions.
