Solitary angiokeratoma does not belong to the most frequently seen cutaneous conditions in daily praxis, however, detailedknowledge and understanding of the histological structure can be helpful in diagnostics and it can help in selections of aneffective treatment. Multiple angiokeratomas are exceedingly rare. The knowledge of their association with other systemic disorderscan be invaluable for clinicians. By correct recognition of angiokeratomas, any dermatologist can help to shed light on yetunrecognized conditions in patients.

The combination of a papulopustulous rosacea with a perioral dermatitis at a 53 years old patient

The case of a 53 years old patient with a papulopustulous forms of rosacea accompanied with peroral dermatitis is reported. Skinproblems were present for 2 years. In the beginning of problems the patient used local corticoid, later local metronidazol. Beforevisiting aur Acne Clinic she used local corticoid for one month again. Background: The prognosis of patients with malignant melanoma is poor. Treatment of pembrolizumab leads to prolonged life.Case: The patient with metastatic malignant melanoma stage IV with negative BRAF mutation treated with pembrolizumab witha complete response.Conclusion: Our case report highlights the good responses at treatment of pembrolizumab.
